What does a visit cost?
An AC diagnosis is $49, and furnace or AC tune-ups are $49. Estimates on a new furnace or AC are free. You’ll know the price before anyone comes out.
I have a home warranty. Can you come?
Yes. Two things to know: ask your warranty company about their service fee before the visit, and when a part is needed, the warranty company approves and orders it. That can take longer than Uinta Air’s usual same-day or next-day repair.
My system is old. Do I need a new one?
Not always. Plenty of customers came to Uinta Air after being told to replace, and got a repair instead: “They did not have to replace my furnace like the other company said.”
Do you offer financing on a new system?
Ask when you call. One customer said they “worked with my family on financing so we didn't have to keep making repairs to our broken and run down units.”
Do you work on rentals and commercial buildings?
Yes. Residential and commercial HVAC, plus refrigeration. Landlords too: “Always quick taking care of my HVAC needs on my rentals!”
